Kristensen, Pillunguaq has spent the past three years refining and building our tasting concept, making it a highlight of our offerings.

Pillunguaq sources mattak (whale skin) from North Greenland, lumpfish roe from a local fisherman, and lamb from a local butcher, working exclusively with Greenlandic suppliers to ensure every dish tells a story of the region’s traditions and flavors.
