When you make a booking via Qummut.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is binding once you receive this confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on Qummut.com are listed in DKK and include applicable taxes and fees. Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the website. The amount will be charged to your account upon confirmation of the booking.
Qummut.com uses a secure payment solution from Nets, ensuring that your card details are processed securely and encrypted.
4. Cancellation and Booking Changes
Cancellations and changes to a booking can be made according to the terms specified for the particular tour. The cancellation policy will be included in the booking confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As our service consists of scheduled experiences and activities, the right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
Qummut.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to tours due to weather conditions, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that customers obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses.

Qummut.com processes your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy policy. We use Nets’ secure payment gateway to protect your payment information.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, you can contact us via email or phone. We will strive to find a solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the Consumer Complaints Board in Greenland.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Greenlandic law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenland.
